Warranty
What is your warranty?
LIMITED WARRANTY. We warrant to the original user that this product shall be free from all
defects in material or workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. In
the event of a defect falling within this warranty, we shall at our sole option repair or replace the
unit, or any component part, with the same or similar model. This warranty is void if the product
is used for any purpose for which it is not intended, if the attached instructions and warnings are
not followed, if the defect is caused by abuse or misuse of the product, or if injury or harm is
caused by the pet chewing through the enclosure.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
OTHER THAN THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED LIMITED WARRANTY, WE MAKE NO GUARANTY OR
WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF SUBROGATION. It is understood that Kritter
Kommunity is not an insurer, that insurance (if any) shall be obtained by the customer, and that
the price of the product is based on the value of the product and the scope of liability as set forth
herein. Customer agrees to look exclusively to customer’s insurer to recover for injuries or
damage in the event of any loss or injury, and releases and waives all right of recovery against
Kritter Kommunity arising by way of subrogation.
TO THE EXTENT Kritter Kommunity is determined to be liable for any injury, loss or damage to
any person or property for any reason, it is agreed that such liability shall be limited to a sum
equal to the retail price of the product at the time it was purchased. It is agreed that this
paragraph provides the exclusive remedy against Kritter Kommunity and that this paragraph will
apply if any loss, damage or injury results directly or indirectly to person or property from
negligence, active or otherwise, strict liability, violation of any applicable consumer protection law
or any other alleged fault on the part of Kritter Kommunity, its agents or employees. IN NO
EVENT SHALL KRITTER KOMMUNITY BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
